FEE STRUCTURE

Please be aware that:
I am not able to accept credit cards for private sessions of Therapy or Counselling.

Payment with  cheque requires a valid bankers card, please.
I do refer cheques however, as banking here is impossible.

One hour sessions are for basic suggestion therapy work only.
Deeper issues would normally require at least 1½ hour sessions.

  DESCRIPTION OF SESSIONS

£ 90 - Initial 2 HOUR Consultation

Includes around one hour to discuss the problem. explanation of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, basic hypnotherapy or  meditation treatment up to 20-30 mins, depending on time, then wrap-up of session and payment where appropriate.  First consultation stands alone and you decide if you would like to continue from there. Block bookings are easiest and save session time and save you money. You can book your sessions in advance, but are commited to coming once you have paid. The reduction is given for your commitment towards helping yourself.

                £ 120 - Initial Extended 3 HOUR Consultation

Sometimes a longer time is needed on a few occasions and has to be decided during the session - some people just need to talk for 2 hours to get it off their chest ! Please allow funds for payment to be available, just in case. We don't always know till we get started, though 2-2½ hours is usually fine. Additional time is not always possible without prior arrangement, though I can often fit it in. 

I have now made this extra time choice available for those who might need a lot more time to talk - time does go very quickly ! It has been happening more and more, lately. I always like to include a full basic treatment in your first session. I do not like anyone to go away without having experienced hypnosis, as until you feel it, you do not appreciate how lovely it is! Most people are VERY apprehensive first time - remember you are just learning at first. We are all afraid of the unknown.

           £ 55 - Single 1 HOUR follow-up session

Half hour of session devoted to hypnotherapy or meditation work usually, though depending on how much you need to talk. Extra time can be agreed if available, as below.

 £70 - Single 1.5 HOUR follow up session

£90 - Single 2 HOUR follow-up session

Pre-book a block of 3 or 5 sessions and get a reduction for your commitment to yourself. Payable in advance and non-refundable once booked. Dates can be changed or held for later for up to 6 months. Please note that 24 hours notice required of change or session is forfeit, if no fair reason given.

The reduction is given because of your COMMITMENT to, and INVESTMENT in, Yourself. It also allows us more therapy time and lets you book sessions ahead, enabling more ease in getting regular time slots.
You can normally only book one session in advance
if you are not pre-paying, due to time obligations.

Reiki Healing Fees

Reiki requires 3 sessions minimum
the closer together, the better.

After the first 3 sessions you come
as often or as little as you need to.

£ 100 - Block of 3 One Hour Reiki sessions

             £145 - Block of 3 one and a half hour Reiki sessions

£ 40 - Single One Hour Reiki session

Block Bookings are always payable in advance and are non-refundable.

Past Life work requires a minimum 2 hour session, to recover & resolve sufficient depth of previous life work. Past life memory recovery can never be guaranteed. Please be aware that sometimes we have to just work on this life first. The use of a hypnotherapy CD prior to session can enhance retrieval of memories.

HYPNOTHERAPY CD's

Hypnotherapy Deep Relaxation CD's are an excellent tool for over-coming problems in your own time, at home. Please note that they can only help if you put the effort in to use them on a regular daily basis! Especially at first, you need to listen to them morning and evening too if possible, reducing as you feel better with yourself.

Please tell me the nature of the problem and I’ll choose the best CD for you. All tapes have Calmness, Relaxation and Confidence, cope better etc. as a first side. The second side eases problems like anxiety & stress, panic attacks (not specific as yet - lowering anxiety lowers panic), depression, social phobia, insomnia, exam nerves, weight loss & stopping smoking. 

RAINBOW HEALING TAPES  OR CD's

I made a CD some time ago with a Rainbow Meditation and a selection of my own Metaphysical Prayers, which cover all sorts of problems. With background music by PAUL SMITH, a wonderful composer friend of mine. I have a few copies of a tape someone requested (Rainbow Meditation on both sides and some repeated to fill tape) at £12.95 for tapes (inc P&P)  .

£ 15 - I will write you a personal Metaphysical Prayer
and I will work with it on your behalf for a week.

Payment details as above.

 I do need to know  your 4-5 worst basic fears,
your hopes and needs for the future.

You need to work with the Prayer on a daily basis, reading it out loud to yourself with gusto and feeling. At least twice per day is recommended, preferably in privacy!  You keep reading it till you believe it!
