We each have a Journey of Learning, which is why we are here on Planet Earth in the first place, although to achieve the most, we actually need to do nothing ! All we have to do is BE WHO WE ARE !  All we can take out of this life with us is the Wisdom that we have gained along the way.

While some annoying situations keep happening in a different disguise, but the same core problem, then you haven't learned the lesson yet. You will, given time. Maybe not this life-time though...

We all have the ability to tap into the Universal Life Force which flows through us and is everywhere, evenly present. We are a part of Spirit, God or what-ever name you give to It. The name does not matter. Everything stems from the power of Love, Spiritual Vibration in Action.

We are just Spirit in human form, the body is simply a vehicle for the Soul to do it's work during the short while that we are here. The quickest, possibly only way to tap into your Inner Self is through some form of relaxation.

I also discuss Spirituality in this site, Metaphysics - the study of the Universal Power and the Laws and Principles of the Universe. I talk of the Healing gift offered by Reiki.

I tell you of the Principles of Spiritualism, which is not a religion, but a Belief system. I talk of the Gifts of Spirit, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience & Healing. Just being able to sit and listen to someone in need and hear what they are saying is a great Gift too.

I offer a choice of treatments, approaches and methods of coping. Costs for my personal services are on the Fees pages. Some are only available on a personal one-to-one level, but relaxation tapes, taped clairvoyant readings and telephone counselling and readings are also available. I charge for my time - it is my work and time is all I have.

I am happy to have a short chat if you need to find out if I can be of Service to you. I cannot help everyone - nobody can, but I always try my best and allow you the possibility that you can change for yourself... you can't do it for anyone else and you can't do it till you realise that you have a problem in the first place. That is sometimes the hardest part, asking for help and picking up a 'phone or mailing.

You are not alone in having emotional problems. Many sensitive people especially, suffer anxiety, depression, panic attacks, fear of other people (Social Phobia is my best selling hypnotherapy deep relaxation tape), fear of rejection (a BIGGY!), fear of separation from what-ever you call "God"... you name it, you are not alone. I stand amongst you, but am constantly looking for new ways of helping myself and others.  Many people do not know that any help is available. It is, but you have to look for it.

I Believe and Know that we each Create our own realities by the accumulated power of our thoughts and beliefs. The more we believe in something the "truer" it is to us. If we believe that the world is a "bad" place then that is how it will present itself to us. It is the Law of Cause and Effect – whatever we give out has to come back to us. What we sow, so shall we reap. Thought Creates all.

By the Law of Reflection, what we give out is reflected straight back to us so if we send out negativity and unwholesomeness, it must return to haunt us. In the same way, if we send out Love, we reap it back many fold. By the Law of Attraction, we draw to us situations and people who fit in with our perception of ourselves - our loves, our hates  and fears. The Power of our thoughts are fundamental to our experience of life and all our relationships. We have to Love ourselves first.
