THE LIVING ENERGY UNIVERSE - GARY SCHWARTZ PhD & LINDA RUSSEK PhD

I enjoyed this book and found it really interesting - I always like books that confirm what I always felt to be True and this seems to bring proper scientific fact into Spirituality.

THE FIELD - Lynne McTaggart

Great book on the zero point field which could be seen as a missing link to physics. This supposed empty vacuum of space is in fact full of constant activity and is like an interconnecting tissue which envelops us all and indeed, the entire Universe. One of the few books that I really didn't want to finish, I was so enthralled by this lovely lady's journalism on such an intriguing subject. Great explanations of how Spirit actually functions, puttin science into the realms of Personal Belief. Quantum Physics explained well.

THE HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON - ELAINE N. ARON

An interesting book on Being Sensitive. It talks about how highly sensitive people sense more of a situation that most people and are prone to get over-loaded with the emotions. Being a Medium, of course, I fully relate to this idea. The more sensitive you are, the more like a sponge you are (just like children are, naturally, but have knocked out of them...) for the feelings of others or the situations that you are involved in.

THE JOURNEY - BRANDON BAYS 

A lovely book on Self-healing and Forgiveness (which is an important part of healing and letting go of the past).  This is the story of a lady who worked through having a huge stomach tumour and developed a script which is included in the book. This can be used verbatim with a friend. It is a great, easily readable story and the Emotional and Physical Journey scripts are very easy to use to shift old blocked false belief patterns to release the real you.

RADICAL FORGIVENESS - COLIN TIPPING  -  another terrific book which has an excellent self-help script in the back, to help you forgive others (and indeed yourself, which is even more important) !

THE CELESTINE PROPHESY Series  JOHN REDFIELD -  a lovely adventure story full of lots of Spiritual Truth. As you read it, you realise that you knew that all along, but had forgotten it. Recommended for those new to the Spiritual perspective on life. There are other books in the series eg Tenth Insight.

UNLOCK YOUR MIND AND BE FREE - EDGAR A. BARNETT MD  

An interesting book on hypnotherapy, not too heavy, very inspiring.

HYPNOSIS - A GATEWAY TO BETTER HEALTH - DR BRIAN ROET

is also easily readable from  a sound  Universal Spiritual Wisdom type perspective.

FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY - SUSAN JEFFERS

LIGHT UP YOUR LIFE - DIANA COOPER

YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE - LOUISE L HAY  - all of Susan, Diana and Louise's books are great for self-healing & self-help.

THE POWER of NOW - ECKHART TOLLE  

is a bit small in text size for my weak eyes, but I'm getting into it now... very full of depth and powerful ideas about our pain body that carries our hurt as part of our ego. The more we are present in the NOW so the more we can just be an observer of our own behaviour and learn to change it or accept it.

The Science of Mind - Ernest Holmes

Ernie makes quite hard work of It, but if you can stick with it, it speaks the Truth in great depth. It was the basis of my Metaphysics course, but I didn't read much, as I had been working with the stuff for many years, though long time after this was written. There is nothing new in the Universe. This was written donkey's years ago, it is the basis of the New Thought Movement.

Panic Attack, Anxiety and Phobia Solutions Handbook by MURIEL K. MACFARLANE - excellent explanations and help offered. I first found it via a newspaper advert. A DREAM GOES ON FOREVER - THE CONTINUING STORY OF TODD RUNDGERN VOL 1 - BILLY JAMES
A biography of Todd Rundgren, first instalment. I am so excited right now with the prospect of Todd Rundgren coming to the UK (check out my Todd Page www.activehealing.co.uk/toddrundgren.htm later) every Todd Lover must have one of these books !!

I am fortune to have had Billy send me a copy from his publisher's, the dear Soul, and his devotion to detail is great. It is full of quotes from Todd and all people he has worked with, also even quotes & pictures from his mother about his early life. I am enjoying it enormously - Billy, thank you so much !!
