This is one of the reasons many, if not most, therapists go into therapy - to help fellow sufferers to over-come similar sorts of problems, as well as dealing with their own "stuff" too. We all have "stuff". You can't understand something unless you've experienced it to some degree!

If you need to go into great depth however, requiring a lot of time, we do need to agree fees.  All I have to offer is my time  and the time I have spent studying myself and others and what I have gleaned from that - time is all we have! This is my Life's Work.

Please see Fee Pages for costs. Be aware that I find hypnotherapy works best (which is only easily available in person - for insurance reasons), but just talking about your problems with an understanding person works wonders at times.
